Making it
Many ways to make it.
Start with the simple version, then make it yours. Elemental and Pure are unsweetened, so they take spices, a splash of milk on top and a little sweetness beautifully.

Make it yours this fall
Pumpkin spice cacao
Make it with hot water as usual, froth in a spoonful of pumpkin purée and a pinch each of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, then top with your favorite milk.
Cinnamon and maple
A good shake of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup. Cozy in about a minute.
Coconut vanilla
Make it with hot water as usual, then top with warm coconut milk and a drop of vanilla. Rich, creamy and a little indulgent.
Holiday spice
Cinnamon, nutmeg, a clove or two and a strip of orange zest, warmed together in a small pot for friends.

Can I use a discount code or another offer too?
No. No other discounts apply to this deal, and discount codes can't be used with it. The free Elemental and free shipping are the whole offer.
What if I change my cart?
The free Elemental stays free while your cart holds two qualifying bags. If you remove one, the free bag comes out of your cart too.

When will my order ship and how do you keep it from melting?
Orders placed before 1 PM PST arrive within 2 business days. All orders are packed in insulated mailers with cold packs to keep them from melting.
Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?
We ship from San Diego, CA, USA and currently ship everywhere in the USA and Canada. If you want to get our cacao in another country reach out and we can work it out!
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Just send the product back to us and we’ll refund you. You pay for shipping it back and we will refund your initial shipping cost so it evens out.
How is this different than cocoa powder?
Ceremonial cacao paste is made from whole cacao beans that are minimally processed and ground into a paste, retaining all the natural fats (cacao butter) and nutrients for a rich, full-bodied experience. In contrast, cacao powder is made by pressing out most of the cacao butter from the beans, resulting in a drier, powder with a lighter texture and less fat.
Does this give you energy?
Yes! Unlike caffeine based drinks, cacao has a gentler effect that is made from stimulating blood flow from the heart, rather than blocking receptors in the brain. You may find its a more relaxed energy. Dosage is everything.
