We designed our hearts to make your process as easy as possible.

  1. Heat 6-8 oz of water

  2. Add 1 heart

  3. Froth or Blend

  4. Add Honey, Salt, Alt. Milk if desired

  5. Drop into presence and sip with gratitude.
